Rattlesnake Hill Farm was established in 1995 as a sustainable organic farm with an emphasis on gourmet, varietal garlic, heirloom vegetables, and culinary herbs. Although we are not longer certified as organic, we maintain the same standards that certified organic guidelines requires.
Our goal is to provide the consumer with the highest quality and value while preserving our small part of the planet through sustainable agriculture.
