Two years ago after a long planting season, I found that I had “popped” bulbs of garlic left over and what I didn't’t have was much cash to make it through the winter. I started experimenting with making garlic jelly.
The result of my efforts is three varieties of garlic jelly, all based on the same theme, great garlic.
The roasted garlic jelly is the original recipe. It is sweet and garlicky. Using a vinegar and sugar base, I added roasted garlic and VOILA! With no other flavor or heat to interfere with the great garlic flavor, we are sure you will love this, our original Roasted Garlic Jelly.
Ingredients: Sugar, vinegar, garlic, pectin, water and red pepper.
