We use only the leaves of our culinary herbs, harvested early in the morning and promptly dehydrated. You will immediately taste the difference and say "Oh, this is what  herbs are supposed to smell like!"  As you know by now, all of our products are sustainably grown, protecting the earth, our air and ourselves.

Our farm is not yet large enough to process individual herbs to offer on our website but we do have our Italian Blend.  We combine garlic (of course), basil, German thyme, summer savory, oregano and sage.  This makes a fabulous blend that can be used as a rub, mixed with your special homemade salad dressing or can be your secret ingredient in your favorite Italian meal.
