Two years ago after a long planting season, I found that I had “popped” bulbs of garlic left over and what I didn't’t have was much cash to make it through the winter. I started experimenting with making garlic jelly.
The result of my efforts is three varieties of garlic jelly, all based on the same theme, great garlic.
Bourbon garlic jelly is second in the line of garlic jellies created at Rattlesnake Hill Farm.
Ingredients: Sugar, vinegar, garlic, pectin, water and bourbon.
