Apart from our wonderful garlic, our farm produces vegetables, flowers, herbs, indian corn, fresh eggs and wool. We use our flowers and herbs for both seasonings and teas as well as to decorate our garlic braids. We sell the raw wool and also spin it into yarn.
Of course we use no herbicides or pesticides and we grow everything without chemical fertilizers.

Italian Blend
We use only the leaves of our culinary herbs, harvested early in the morning and promptly dehydrated. You will taste the difference. You will be saying "Oh, this is what herbs are supposed to smell like!"

Raw Unprocessed Wool
Our raw, unprocessed wool mostly ranges in color from vanilla to light cream. We still have one chocolate colored fleece left, so act fast. Our sheep are happy, healthy Romney Shetland mixes and are 100% vegetarian fed.
