Two years ago after a long planting season, I found that I had “popped” bulbs of garlic left over and what I didn't’t have was much cash to make it through the winter. I started experimenting with making garlic jelly.
The result of my efforts is three varieties of garlic jelly, all based on the same theme, great garlic.
Chipotle Garlic Jelly has the addition of jalapeño peppers that have been smoked for five days. The flavor is smokey, garlicky, not too much heat.
Ingredients: Sugar, vinegar, garlic, pectin, water and chipotle pepper.
Quantities are limited and subject to availability.
