Hill Farm was established in 1995 as
a sustainable organic farm with an
emphasis on gourmet, varietal garlic,
heirloom vegetables and culinary
herbs. Although no longer certified
organic, we maintain the same
standards that certified organic
guidelines required.
Our goal is to provide the consumer
with the highest quality and value
while preserving our small part of
the planet through sustainable
agriculture.
Our garlic jellies, Bourbon garlic
sauce, smoked garlic salt and
Bourbon smoked red pepper are
available year round.
